What this website collects
This website does not use cookies or analytics trackers. When you use the appointment request form we receive the details you type (name, phone, email, specialty, preferred date and message). They are emailed to our reception so that we can contact you about your appointment, and are not used for any other purpose.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a standard request (including your IP address) to Google when the page loads. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes connection data (IP address, browser type, time of request) to deliver and protect the site.
Your medical data
As a healthcare provider we keep a medical record for every patient, as required by Cyprus law. Medical records are confidential, stored securely, and accessible only to the staff involved in your care and to you. We share data with GESY or your insurer only as needed to arrange and settle your treatment, and with other health professionals only for your care or with your consent.
Legal basis and retention
We process personal data under the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018: to provide healthcare (Art. 9(2)(h)), to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and, for the website form, on the basis of your request. Appointment requests are deleted once the appointment has been arranged or within 6 months; job applications after 12 months; medical records for the period required by law.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or, where applicable, delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of the data you provided. Write to info@tsc.health or to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus.
